Marie-Ève Bercier, Notary
Marie-Eve Bercier has been a notary since 2018 and has specialized her practice in succession law, the drafting of wills and protection mandates, non-contentious legal proceedings of all kinds, and marriage-related services. She is passionate about these areas of the law, which she enjoys sharing through training that she gives to various organizations and by teaching succession law at the university. Mtre. Bercier stands out for her ability to listen actively, which allows her to analyze the cases presented to her in a complete manner and helps her direct her clients to the most appropriate and reasonable solutions for them. Offering the best possible legal support, both to clients and to her colleagues, is what motivates her the most in her practice. Originally from Ontario, she will be able to accompany you in both French and English through these challenges.

Pauline Bodet, Legal Assistant
Pauline Bodet gained different work experiences in different fields and in different countries before settling on legal administration in Quebec. After graduating with a diploma of professional studies in secretarial studies with an attestation of professional specialization in law, she interned with Étude notariale Notalium Inc. and decided to join on a permanent basis to practice in the legal fields chosen by the firm. Pauline is very courteous and will communicate with you effectively so that your needs are heard. She stands out for her great organization and assiduous follow-up of files, which is an essential asset for the management of long-term files such as many handled by the firm.
